My husband and I hit the Real Estate Lottery with Sarah Allen. From our first contact Feb. 2020, letting her know that we were planning  to relocate, the type of home/neighborhood we were looking for, she provided us many options.   Sarah was always available, answered phone calls, emails,  and most important, she listened to us, and showed us properties that we could call our home. We had already sold our home and into the 30-day rent back option. We were getting nervous and decided to revisit previous homes to find one we felt we could make it work. One morning I woke up, looked out the window, and saw my neighbors were putting up a ‘For Sale’ sign. Our team evaluated the property and decided to move forward with an offer that day. Sarah helped us purchase a home in the Prescott Valley area while we were still living in San Diego. We were able to purchase the home on contingency of us selling our SD home.
